FAQs

Elderbrook is easy to enjoy but we sometimes receive a few questions about our drinks and how to change things like your delivery frequency and flavour. If you'd like to make any changes to your subscription you'll find details below of simply email us at notacallcentre@elderbrookdrinks.co.uk and we'll do them for you. 
Here are the most common questions:
1. How do I use Elderbrook?
The basics are easy: pour enough cordial to just cover the bottom of your glass, add still or sparkling water, drink. But like making a cup of tea, you might like yours stronger, with more water, with ice or without.  Each bottle makes about ten drinks – depending on how much you pour in a glass. Feeling adventurous? Then add to hot water, conjure up a cocktail or drizzle over ice cream.
2. Do I need to keep my drinks in the fridge?
We don't use any preservatives in our drinks, so they're best enjoyed within two weeks of opening. There's no need to keep them in the fridge. 
3. How do I change how frequently I receive my drinks?
You can change your delivery frequency by logging into your account, here, with your email and password. Click on 'Manage Subscriptions' on the right-hand side of the screen (just below your name) and then click 'Edit' to the right of your order details. You'll then see you can 'Change delivery frequency', plus change the number of bottles you receive or amend payment details. 
4. Can I pause my subscription?
If you're going on holiday, go into your account in exactly the same way as above, and then click 'Delivery schedule' on the left-hand side. You'll see your upcoming deliveries, click on 'Skip' if you're going to be away for a week when we're due to send your order to you. 
5. How do I change my flavours?
Log in to your account  here, click  'Manage Subscriptions' on the right-hand side of the screen (just below your name) and click on 'flavour changing form', just below the summary of your order. You'll see a form where you can select your current subscription type and then choose your new flavour. 
6. How do I cancel?
If you'd like to cancel, that's no problem, we'll be sad to see you go but sign in here, with your email and password.  Click on 'Manage Subscriptions' on the right-hand side of the screen (just below your name) and the cancel option is to the right of your order.
7. Do I need to subscribe?
Absolutely not. You can buy a one off box here
